Anna October accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We strive to ensure your pieces provide the perfect silhouette and offer a seamless return process for our global clientele.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
